Hello, 

 
Just a quick intro! I'm a twenty-two year old girl, from the Scottish highlands, and have created this space online to share my passion in writing, wellness and content creation. Having studied English at University, I wanted to create this little outlet, to share my thoughts on all things such as lifestyle, culture, books and the trials and tribulations of navigating life being in my twenties.
 
Having recovered from an eating disorder back in my late teens, I have spent years rediscovering the power of food in our everyday lives. Subsequently transforming my relationship with food, as well as my body - thanks to the work of Ella Mills, Rhiannon Lambert and Dr Rangan Chatterjee - I want to celebrate the championing power of positive nutrition and our wellbeing. From gut health to cold showers, I believe health is a holistic, 360 degree approach to the way we live our lives every single day; from what we eat, our movement, who we engage with, our community, social media, our beliefs etc.
 
I want to write, share and discuss what makes me feel my healthiest, happiest self. I hope my writing and snippets into my life will provide some meaningful escapism, away from the wonderful yet overwhelming world of today. I think it is essential to make time for yourself each day, to simply slow down and breathe. To simply live in the present moment, can be hard these days. But try to find peace and gratitude in the smaller, less obvious things in life.

By letting go of our expectations and replacing it with appreciation, I believe we can begin to seek happiness each day.
